The MMLL Faculty Office (room 121) will close at听4pm on Thursday 21st December 2023听until the new year. Please also note that the office will be working on reduced capacity in the week Monday 18th听December-Thursday 21st December.
Due to this, please note the following:
- During the closure, if First Aid is needed in an emergency, the Facilities team will still be on site to assist until Friday 22nd December 2023 and can be reached via phone on 01223 335013.
- As stated in our health and safety policies, we strongly advise that anyone who is unable to self-evacuate in the event of a fire should not enter the building after 22nd听December 2023 as during this time as听there will be no fire safety support.
- Our last postal collection will be听Wednesday 20th听December 2023. If you would like to send any post, please ensure that this is left in the Faculty Office鈥檚 post pigeonholes by the window by the end of the day (5pm) on Monday 18th听December 2023 at the latest.
- The MMLL Library will be closed from听Thursday 21 December 2023 to Wednesday 3 January 2024听inclusive. During the rest of the Christmas vacation the Library will be open 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- As always, please ensure you switch off any heaters which you have in your room when you leave the building as well.
