Warmest congratulations to our PhD student Elena Sottilotta who has received the听Women's Studies Caucus Award听of the American Association for Italian Studies, awarded to the best research papers in Women's and Gender Studies presented by doctoral students and early-career scholars at the 2022 AAAIS Conference. Her paper 鈥淲omen听in fabula: Unearthing Neglected Contributions to Folk- and Fairy-Tale Collections in Post-Unification Italy from a Gender Perspective鈥� presented the research findings of her PhD project.
