The Department of Slavonic Studies organises a vibrant and dynamic series of free, public events in Polish, Russian and Ukrainian Studies every year. The 2015-16 events season was formally launched with a sold-out public lecture by Professor Sheila Fitzpatrick at Trinity College鈥檚 Winstanley Theatre on 9 October 2015. The lecture was entitled 鈥楽talin and Myself: On Writing History and Writing Memoirs鈥�. A wine reception followed the event, which saw the release of the Department鈥檚 new 鈥榃hat鈥檚 On鈥� flyer highlighting central events in the academic year 鈥� from the Department鈥檚 thematic lecture series 鈥楽ense of Place鈥� to the M.B Grabowski Symposium and the Eighth Annual 澳门六合彩开奖记录 Festival of Ukrainian Film.
