About Me

Jodie is a second year PhD candidate in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics. Jodie completed an undergraduate degree in Nutrition at the University of Nottingham before completing an MPhil at the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics.

Research

Jodie's research considers whether a Mobile Teaching Kitchens intervention in India, run by the global think-tank NNEdPro, may bring about linguistic and cognitive effects, as well as positive nutrition and health outcomes. She has further research interests in the field of global health, particularly women’s health equity, and the accessibility of health and nutrition information.Ìý
